INGEMAT has created its IoT platform to monitor its manufacturing lines.

The MIRA Project (Advanced Robotic Infrastructure Monitoring) arises as an answer to the increasing demand of the automotive companies that require quantify the productivity and efficiency of their production processes.

INGEMAT, as design and manufacturing engineering of assembly lines for the automotive sector, needs to have the information regarding the behaviour of its manufacturing lines once they begin to produce. The access to this information is the key to optimize the functionality of the manufacturing lines already delivered to our customers as well as the new lines in new projects.

The MIRA Platform arises to give answer to this needs, offering to the automotive industry a new Technological Platform which allow companies to advance in the Advanced Manufacturing concept, helping to increase the productivity of their installations and improve the design of the new assembly lines supplied by INGEMAT.
